The Graduate Trainee Tech Program is a talent development initiative aimed at empowering young and talented individuals in Data Analytics, Business Analysis and Personal Branding.In partnership with Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) and Honeywell Group Limited, 77 vibrant youths were inducted into the first cohort of the program.
The trainees were groomed through various intensive training sessions and workshops, where they were equipped with essential skills needed to position them strategically within the ecosystem. The program culminated in a graduation ceremony and career fair session, where participants had the opportunity to showcase their newly acquired skills to recruiters and organizations.
Speakers at the ceremony included Ireayomide A., Gbenjo Olufisayo Isaac, and ‘Tominiyi Oni, who inspired and motivated the graduates with their insightful talks. Recruiters were also present at the career fair session, including Dr. ‘Jumoke Aleoke-Malachi (workplacewithJAM), Wema Bank Plc., PARTHIAN PARTNERS, Interswitch Group, Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group, Mich Consulting, and Career Services.
